Three Phase – PME

Perdurus IEC PerAlloy motors are built to meet IEC 60034 frame allocation standards and are engineered for reliability, durability, and efficiency. They are the ideal choice for a wide range of general-purpose applications, including fans, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and more. Designed to reduce downtime and operating costs, PerAlloy motors deliver consistent performance across industries.

 

Key Features: 

  • Housing: Robust high-quality alloy housing ensures long-lasting strength and durability. 
  • Frame Sizes: IEC frames up to 200. 
  • Power Range: 0.06 kW – 37 kW (3 Phase). 
  • Poles: Available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 pole configurations. 
  • IP Rating: IP55 as standard, with IP66 available on request. 
  • Operating Conditions: Rated for ambient temperatures up to 40°C; 50°C designs available from factory. 
  • Power Supply: 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz. Designed to handle voltage variations of ±10% and frequency variations of ±5% in line with IEC standards. 
  • Terminal Box: Rotatable terminal box (90° positions) mountable on top, left, or right side for flexible installation. 
  • Efficiency: Tested in accordance with IEC 60034-2 standards. Efficiency levels up to IE4 available in aluminium frames, from size 63 to 200.
  • Mounting Flexibility: Multi-mounting design with removable feet for maximum flexibility and easy reconfiguration.
  • Insulation: Vacuum Pressure Impregnated (VPI) windings for enhanced reliability and extended motor life.
  • Standards & Certification: Fully compliant with IEC standards, MEPS; certified CE and CCC.
