PER Stainless – The Hygienic Motor Solution

PER Stainless motors are engineered for hygienic environments such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and other applications requiring strict cleanliness and frequent washdowns. Fully compliant with EHEDG guidelines, FDA standards, HACCP requirements, and Australia’s MEPS, they are designed to support Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) processes. With their durable stainless-steel construction, these motors help reduce contamination risks, minimise downtime, and deliver reliable performance in critical operations.

Product Range

  • Frame: IEC 56-100, NEMA 56C-184TC, output range 0.08 – 5 hp, AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
  • Poles: 2/4 poles for versatile speed options.
  • Mounting: IM B3, B5, B14, B34 for flexible installation.
  • Voltage: 230/400V, 208-230/460V, 575V at 50/60 Hz.
  • IP Rating: IP69K / IP56, resisting high-pressure water jets (100 bar, 80°C) or dust and moisture.
  • Insulation Rating: Class F for reliable performance.
  • Duty: S1 continuous, suitable for inverter duty with wide torque range.
  • Stainless Steel: 304 or 316L grades with excellent anti-corrosion properties.
  • IE4 Efficiency (Pn ≥ 0.75 kW): Super Premium Efficiency up to 95%+ per IEC 60034-30-1:2014.
  • Enclosure: Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled (TEFC) or Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV) for hygienic, quiet operation.
  • Inverter Duty: Supports variable speed control.
  • Design: Weld-free pipe housing, NDE terminal box, easy to wash.
  • Coating: Stator and rotor with anti-oxidant paint.
  • Temperature: Low surface heat for safe handling.
  • Surface: Smooth (Ra < 0.8 µm), EHEDG-compliant, bacterial-resistant.
  • Properties: Excellent anti-corrosion and hygienic performance with Viton O-rings and laser-engraved ratings.
  • Certification: CE, CSA, ensuring compliance with international safety and performance standards.
