Perdurus IEC Cast Iron Motors are engineered to meet IEC 60034 standards and deliver reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Designed for durability, continuous operation, and VSD compatibility, PER-IND motors are ideal for heavy-duty applications such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, mixers, crushers, and industrial fans.

• Housing: Heavy-duty cast iron construction provides superior strength, durability, and reduced vibration in harsh industrial conditions.

• Frame Sizes: IEC frames 80 to 355.

• Power Range: 0.75 kW – 375 kW (3 Phase).

• Poles: Available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 pole configurations.

• IP Rating: IP56 as standard, suitable for outdoor and exposed industrial installations.

• Thermal Protection: Single thermistor (PTC) fitted as standard from frame 132 and above. Dual thermistors (PTC) with dedicated auxiliary terminal box fitted on frames 280 and above.

• Warranty: 36-month warranty as standard.

• VSD Protection: Designed for reliable inverter/VSD operation. Motors from frame 250 and above are factory fitted with insulated NDE bearing and shaft grounding brush protection to help mitigate circulating bearing currents.

• Operating Conditions: Rated for ambient temperatures up to 40°C. 50°C designs available from factory on request.

• Power Supply: 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz. Designed to handle voltage variations of ±10% and frequency variations of ±5% in accordance with IEC standards.

• Terminal Box: Large rotatable terminal box with 4 × 90° positions, mountable on the top, left, or right side for installation flexibility.

• Insulation: Class F insulation with Vacuum Pressure Impregnated (VPI) windings for enhanced moisture resistance, electrical integrity, and extended motor life.

• Efficiency: IE3 Premium Efficiency as standard, tested in accordance with IEC 60034-2-1.

• Mounting: Available in B3, B5, B14, B34, and B35 mounting configurations.

• Standards & Compliance: Designed in accordance with IEC standards and compliant with Australian MEPS requirements.
